You will use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to:
Use Dancify for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
Post or upload content that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on others’ rights.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Competition Services
Competitions such as the Goosebump Hunt are designed to highlight creativity and emotional connection.
By entering, participants agree to the competition rules and consent to being filmed.
All entries may be published, promoted, or used by Dancify for marketing purposes.
Dancify reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate rules or behave inappropriately.
7. Listing Services
Festivals, events, artists, and schools may be featured on Dancify through paid or promotional listings.
Organizers are responsible for providing accurate event information.
Dancify is not liable for changes, cancellations, or disputes related to listed events.
8. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of videos, text, or other content you upload. By submitting, you grant Dancify a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
Our Content: All designs, branding, logos, text, and platform features are owned by Dancify and protected by law.
9. Purchases, Refunds, and Payments
Purchases (e.g., event tickets, videos, merchandise) are subject to prices and terms displayed at checkout.
Refunds are only available as outlined in our Refund Policy.
All payments are securely processed by third-party providers.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Services may link to third-party platforms (e.g., festivals, shops, Patreon). Dancify is not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
