Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dancify, we aim to provide high-quality services and experiences for our community. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for videography services, competition entries, event listings, and purchases made through our platform.
1. Videography Services
Booking Confirmation: Videography services are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations by Client:
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Dancify: If Dancify cannot fulfill the service (e.g., due to technical failure, illness, or other reasons), you will receive a full refund.
Delivery Issues: If you experience problems with delivered video files, contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.
2. Competition Entries (e.g., Goosebump Hunt)
Entry Fees: Competition entry fees are non-refundable, except if the competition is cancelled by Dancify.
Disqualification: No refunds will be provided if a participant is disqualified for rule violations or inappropriate behavior.
3. Event Listings & Festival Promotions
Organizer Submissions: Payments for event listings and promotions are non-refundable, as the service begins immediately upon publication.
Changes or Cancellations by Organizers: Dancify is not responsible for refunds related to cancelled or rescheduled events. Refund requests must be handled directly with the event organizer.
4. Shop Purchases (Tickets, Merchandise, or Digital Products)
Tickets: Festival or event tickets sold through Dancify are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the event organizer.
Merchandise:
Refunds or exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Digital Products: All digital sales (e.g., downloadable videos or guides) are final and non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure
Dancify is not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
